I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. While it was suitable for a quick stopover after arriving in Phuket, the rude staff and lack of cleanliness overshadowed any positive aspects. The room was basic and outdated, and I couldn't bear the dirty bathroom. It's not ideal if you're looking for comfort or hospitality, so I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
